i am doing job in pakistan. in yarn dyeing factory on cotton yarn mercerize depart.have six month job expireance in italia too.looking a better job in any country but only in dyeing.

hello wahab. I am umer in the u.k. I think in u.k there is a lot of potential for you. If u can apply for HSMP visa do it immediately. There are lots of good universities and colleges and also jobs avalable for this kind of talent.

My educational background is B.Sc. Engg in Chemical (4 yrs), MBA (2Yrs). Here total formal Educational duration is 18yrs. I have taken 1 yr diploma in Hotel management. But I have taken 1 month training from training institute for chemical industries (TICI). My wife is Master in political science. Total duration is 16 yrs. MBA studious, just 1 semester remaining. Now I am avail able in a sweater yarn dyeing industry more than 4 yrs. Here we dyed both for cotton and acrylic or sometimes nylon and wool yarn. Here we are using reactive, acid and basic dyes and necessary supporting chemical for dyeing purpose. Now I am working here as an executive (Recruited as a Chemical Engineer) under the Technical services department. That’s all about me. If you have any quarry then you knock me. Take care. Adieu for today. Here that means in my job place I have two types of job responsibilities, one is before dyeing and another is after dyeing. These are as follows:
Before dyeing:
1. I have to take the greige (raw) yarns which is comes from various countries for quality checking. Like, count of the particular types of yarn, Twist per inch of that yarn, Pilling of knitted panel of that yarn, Tensile strength of that yarn and moisture content of that yarn.
2. For visually I have to check, white picks, neps, yarn barre, hairy ness etc are visual or not of that yarn package.
For Dyeing Time:
1. According to buyer requirements I have to select the right dyes stuff so that it covers the color fastness, washing fastness, Light fastness, rubbing and perspiration properties of that particular shade.
2. According to dyes concentration or depth I have to select the dyeing program which one would be isolated or migration program.
After Dyeing:
1. After dyeing I have to prove the above mentioned properties is ok or not.
2. From dyed batch I have to make a knitted panel for showing to customer that our newly dyed batch is ok with your previously dyed batch continuity.
3. On the other hand I have to communicate with the merchandiser, marketing manager and our departmental head so that no dilemma for lab dips sending to the buyer in right time.
4. In side the industry I have to give the teaching support who’s are the trainee of this factory about spectrophotometer, auto dispense, ahiba dyeing m/c, pilling orbitor, Titan tensile strength, gyro wash, wash ketor, Crock meter, electronic twist tester m/c, electronic count balance etc.
